Gratitude breathwork meditation

This session will have an emphasis on gratitude and awe.
We’ll listen to inspiring music accompanied by singing bowls for an immersive experience.

This holotropic style breathwork meditation helps create feelings of clarity, gratitude, love, increased mind-body connection, emotional releasing, and spiritual awakening.

You may also experience tingling sensations in the body, releasing of trauma, anxiety, depression, fear, grief, anger, or mental, physical, and emotional blocks. Join us in this practice that has become a powerful tool for spiritual development and efforts to connect with self and God.

Bring a pillow, blanket, journal & pen, water bottle, and a mat if you have one (we have extras).
